Cave paintings can be decorations and stories that were told from thousands of years ago. Cavemen and women went out to hunt everyday and everything they saw and everything they killed or came across, they would draw on the cave walls, either to tell stories or just put up for decoration. Obviously back then, cavemen and women had no clue what decorations were so instead of "decorations" they were more like drawings on the walls to describe and show the life of cave people.

Cave Paintings are considered more because they are art but they also tell the story of them.
