If you find your tire off of the roadway and on a low or unstable shoulder answer

Slowly reduce your speed by taking foot off gas pedal, lightly applying brakes to gain control. Once under control Proceed to steer back onto roadway. One may have to accelerate to get up and over low shoulder making sure it is clear to return to roadway.
