    When you exercise, your muscles will be using up sugar or glucose that is found in your body. So the more that you exercise, the more glucose it will use up. This in turn will lower your blood sugar level. So if you are a big fan of sweets but want to decrease your blood sugar level, then all you have to do is exercise regularly so that your blood sugar level will be regulated because the glucose is being given to the muscles for more strength and energy.
