If after a few minutes after spraying perfume on yourself, you don't smell the perfume anymore but other people who come in contact with you can smell it, one possible explanation is olfactory adaptation or habituation. When we inhale, molecules pass through our nostrils and stick to a wall of mucus where receptor cells are located. These cells tell our brain to decipher if the smell is safe or not. If the scent is safe, the intensity of the smell fades - the reason why you do not smell the perfume anymore.

One possible explanation is that you've become nose blind to the scent of the perfume. You're wearing the perfume, so you quickly get used to the scent and soon don't notice it anymore, whereas other people notice the scent because they are not nose blind to it.
