Why is there more biodiversity in a rainforest compared to a tundra?

    Tundra has permafrost so everything is permanently frozen and therefore cannot support much life such as bacteria fish plants very few things live there, but a rainforest has many species and characteristics to support biodiversity

    because animals bacteria on n on that live in the rainforest nothing actually lives in a tundra
