water that falls from clouds to Earth's surface 2. Precipitation

changes water from a solid to a liquid 5. Melting

changes water vapor to liquid water 1. Condensation

changes water from a liquid to a solid 4. Freezing

the process by which water soaks into the ground 3. Infiltration

    Explanation:

These processes are part of the water cycle, which is a series of physical processes that water experiments, and are vital to global temperature and climate regulation. Water evaporates from oceans, lakes, and bodies of water, then goes up the atmosphere in the form of water vapour, and rises until it starts to condense and form droplets, when the droplets of water weight more than the forces that held them up in the clouds, they fall into the earth's surface in the form of precipitation, in some cases, water can get so cold that it forms ice and fall in the form of hail or snow, which are due to freezing. Then, when precipitation gets to the surface, the frozen portion starts to heat up and melt, then some of it starts to flow to rivers and oceans, or collect on bodies of water, following the topography, this is called runoff. Other portion of water gets into the ground via infiltration, which is dependent on properties of soil such as porosity, density, structure, from there, it can flow underground to reservoirs, or emerge and flow into rivers or bodies of water, and the cycle repeats.

Precipitation is the process where water that falls from clouds to Earth's surface. Melting is the process that transfers water from a solid to a liquid. The process that changes water vapour to liquid water is called Condensation. The process which changes water from liquid to solid is called Freezing. Infiltration the process in which water descends into the ground.

    Explanation:

Condensation occurs when hot air ascends, cools and lose it capacity to carry water vapour, as a result left over water vapour condenses to mould into droplets.

Precipitation process that water falls from clouds to earth surface when Melting is the process occurs when temperature of the material increased water transfers from solid to liquid.

In the same way in freezing process the water from liquid transfers to solid if we decrease temperature of the liquid material.

Infiltration is the process in which water descends into the ground.
