Systemic circulation is the one that oxygenates all the body.

Starting from the left atrium, through the left ventricle, and the aorta and its branches to the body.

After the tissues do the exchange, the deoxygenated blood goes back to the right atrium to starts the pulmonary circulation, and then the cycle starts again.
