Glycolysis contributes TWO ATP molecules to the entire Cellular Respiration.

During Glycolysis, during the first stage two ATP molecules are oxidised to ADP but later in the process, four ADP molecules are reduced to produce ATP. Based on that, it would lead to 2 'new' ATP molecules being produced and 2 replacing that which was already used.
