If a man's vas deferens is surgically cut and tied off how will it affect him?

He will no longer be able to urinate.

Sperm will not be able to leave his body.

His body will stop producing testosterone.

No more sperm will be produced in his testes.

    Sperm will not be able to leave his body.

    He will not be able to urinate because Vas Deferens carries urine and sperm, outside the body, in a male.
