Bob is missing a control group for his experiment. He knows that his bread grows mold with time when it is out in the open, but he did not record exactly how long it takes when it is in the open air. Therefore him recording that it grows mold in 10 days in the refrigerator means nothing if he does not know how long it takes normally. P. S. bread stays fresher longer when it is frozen. : D
