What would a client select in their Manage Users screen to give their worker access to create invoices, but not write checks in their QuickBooks Online company?

-Select the Limited radio button and check the Invoicing box

    Explanation:

    You can specify user rights of access for one of your employees with Quick Books Online. To restrict your employee's access to forecasts and invoices, you may use the standard or custom user form.

    Your employee can however also connect some portion of the consumer section such as receipts for sales, credit memorandum and refunds.

    To add a user:

    Choose Gear Icon, then click Manage Users. Click the New button on the right. In the Choose user type page, select Regular or custom user. Click Next. Select Limited, then put a check mark on the Customers and Sales box. Click Next. Set the users admin rights, click Next. Enter the new user's e-mail address and name, click Next and then Finish.
