    Explanation:

    Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Section 2-601 (a), a buyer is allowed to reject a good that does not fulfil the tender or contract.

    Should the buyer do this and no instructions concerning the disposal are available from the seller, the Buyer can give the seller reasonable time to remove the goods IF the goods are not perishable meaning that the goods can survive for a while without spoiling.

    Should the goods be Perishable though, the Buyer should sell it for the Seller.
