Ability to retain a Customer for longer service
Explanation:
The ability of a company to retain its customer. The appealing factor for the customer should always be in check by the seller so as to retain his loyalty. Customer retention is a long term relationship between the service provider and the receiver. A company's ability to attract the customer over a period of time testing the valuable relationship shared by the two. It adds to the overall performance of the company or the service provider.
