Ba (OH) ₂ NaOH N₂H₂ HOCl HCl

    Explanation:

The more basic a solution, the higher the pH.

The more acid a solution, the lower the pH.

Both Ba (OH) ₂ and NaOH are strong bases. However, at the same concentration Ba (OH) ₂ releases two OH⁻ species while NaOH only one, so the pH of 0.10 M Ba (OH) ₂ is higher than that of 0.10 M NaOH. N₂H₂ is a weak base while HOCl and HCl are acids, so N₂H₂ is next. HOCl is a weak acid while HCl is a strong acid, so the lowest pH value would be of 0.10 M HCl.
