    From this reaction:

    2no (g) + O2 (g) → 2 no2 (g)

    we can see the molar ratio between NO & O2 is 2: 1

    when the rate of reacting of the NO = - 0.07 m/s

    ∴ The rate O2 = - 0.07 m/s * (1 moles O2/2 moles NO)

    = - 0.035 M/s
