You have two flat metal plates, each of area m2, with which to construct a parallel-plate capacitor. if the capacitance of the device is to be f, what must be the separation between the plates?

    Use the equation C = εA/d

    Where C = capacitance, A = area, d = distance between plates & ε = electrical permittivity of the medium between the plates
