How can you create a

healthy balance between

online and offline time?

    Try to remember what is really important, and spend most of your time doing that, if having a clean house is important to you, say i will have five mins if screens then 15 mins of cleaning then 10 mins of screens. also GO TO SLEEP ON TIME!
