So the ration is 11:9:5 so if we add up these numbers

    11+9+5 = 25, we get 25 and since 100/25 = 4

Each value in the ratio can be multiplied by 4 to get how much money each one will get, which means the little one who's part of the ratio is 5 gets 5 * 4 dollars which is 20. Answer is a.
