Technology is a wide subject that is extremely hard to pin down. i do not believe that restrictions should be placed on electronic devices and such. i believe if any restrictions should be place it should be on sites and other materials on the internet. that has already been placed but the thing that is extremely important is the irresponsible parents allowing their children on certain things that are harmfull to them.
