No, uniforms are a specific set of clothing that you are required to wear along with multiple items you are restricted from wearing
Dress codes are a set of rules and regulations that inform you on a list or set of things that you are prohibited from wearing. It does not give you a set of clothing that you are required to wear. There are just restrictions.
