These days cool means attractive or awesome.
The word 'cool' have a variety of meanings. Earlier the usage of cool was limited to some things, like if one has to describe the temperature they usually referred as 'The air is cool in evening' or 'The cooler weather of December.'
But today, cool is not just restricted to temperature. These days people often use cool to describe some or something as awesome, interesting, or great. For example 'Hey you look cool.' Or say 'Cool bike.' It is also used to show approval, like 'I'm planning to buy a new house.' Really? Cool!
