    From the very start she should have had clearly defined objectives to accomplish as well as key measures for what the success may be. Knowing the potential of her group had also to be considered to know how far she would push for.

    Once she had idea of the previous information, she would have had to lay the guidelines, that is why she reinforced attempts however crude they were, and later she would incentivize better efforts.

    She would have had to determine who were the best student performers so as to incentivize them and show the rest of the class the goals that were expected and that everyone had a chance to reach.
