The answer is: The pigs will become more like the humans.

In the excerpt from "Animal Farm," the author George Orwell makes reference to the fact that the pigs have been learning to read and write with Mr. Jones' children's spelling book. As a consequence, they become more humanized and soon introduce the rules of the farm, called Seven Commandments.
