Raymond Albert Kroc is an American businessman that opened / franchised McDonald’s. His goal is to provide quality service and uniformity in all McDonald’s stores. McDonald’s became the most successful fast food chain / corporation in the world because of Mr. Kroc’s innovative ideas.
