    The correct answer is d. There are two forms of charcoal that are popularly used.

    Charcoal is made out of wood and has little to do with clay. It has been used historically by artists, but it has not been a main medium of drawing or creating. It's not difficult to work with nor is it expensive, compared to other fossil fuels around.
