    Polaris is a north pole star

    Explanation:

    It is the brightest star of the northern hemisphere, in the constellation of Ursa minor, being about 433 light-years. Its a triple star system with Polaris Aa, Ab and B star. Due to Polaris stars, it lies in direct line with rotation of the earth on its axis above the celestial north pole. The temperature on the Polaris varies with a small amount of pulsation which is variable and unpredictable the temperature cycle can go from 50K to at least 170 K. It remains steady for 4 days.
