    Answer: 6 ft.

    To find volume use the formula L*W*H

    L = Length

    W = Width

    H = Height

    Note: Finding the area and the volume IS NOT the same. Fidning the area means you find L*W. Finding the Volume means you find L*W*H. The only common thing area and volume have is multiplying.

    So use the formula to multiply.

    Multiply the Length to the Width

    1*3=3

    Multiply the Width to the Height

    3*2=6

    That is how 6 is the answer. Multiply Length to the Width then Width to the Height.

    Note: Finding the volume means you find L*W*H

    Note: Finding the area means you find L*W

    The answer is 6 feet

    Explanation:

    When finding volume you must multiply L*W*H

    So 1*3*2=6 volume is the amount of space an item takes up.
