Coal, Oil, and Natural gas each contribute to different parts of our culture. What is each

of them primarily used for in our society? Which one would be the hardest to transition

away from and why?

    Answer: coal is used for the generating of electricity. oil is used for transportation. Natural gas is used for heating and cooking. The hardest one to transition away from (in my opinion) is oil. We have been using so much oil for so many years and because of that we are starting to see the side effects of it, which is pollution.
