How did the Indian Removal Act of 1830 go against the Worcester v. Georgia ruling?

The Worcester vs Georgia case ruled that Georgia's laws have no power in Cherokee territory. The Chief Justice reminded people of the treaties signed, which granted certain territories to the Native Americans. Under the Constitution, treaties are the ultimate ruling of the land. The Act goes against this because the law grants Jackson the right to offer land west of the mississippi in exchange for the Native's land in the east, and gave money to enforce the law.
