How did the Indian Removal Act of 1830 go against the Worcester v. Georgia ruling?

It extended a military campaign against Native American people's who had farm land

    The answer it nullified all previous treaties that protected the interests of Georgians against Cherokees. In the court case Worcester v. Georgia, the U. S. Supreme Court apprehended in 1832 that the Cherokee IndiansSamuel Worcester established a nation holding separate sovereign powers. Though the decision became the groundwork of the principle of tribal sovereignty in the twentieth century, it did not defend the Cherokees from being detached from their ancestral homeland in the Southeast.
