    The treaty of Versailles ultimately destroyed Germany. The treaty essentially put all the blame of WW1 on Germany and made them plummet into a terrible economic depression. Times were so bad that this led to a people's uprising. When things are this bad you create a situation where people like Adolf Hitler can easily come to power just by saying with him times will get better. Conclusion: the treaty of Versailles ultimately caused the future war ... WW2
