Agriculture trade and water source mostly depended on Nile river and i'll explain how. It provided a waterway for trade, water source for agriculture as well as a way to defend themselves because it represented a natural barrier. The river itself most likely caused slit deposits through which the land became fertile for agriculture. Overall, the Nile river was a strong foundation for agricultural and economic development of Egyptian civilization. Without the Nile river these mentioned above Egyptian civilization would have had a difficult time figuring out how to settle in a particular area and trading would have been limited as well.
