In what way we're the Jamestown and the Plymouth colonies similar

    They were alike in the sense that they were both early ""New World" settlements from Europe. Plymouth, MA was settled for the religious freedom of the Pilgrims. The Pilgrims were seeking freedom from religious prosecution. Jamestown was settled in hopes of making profit
