Who was Henry Ellis and why is he known as the 2nd father of Georgia

Henry Ellis was the second royal governor of Georgia and was called Georgia's Second Founder as the first royal governor was not effective.

Ellis led Georgia from 1757-1760 and taught the Georgians how to govern themselves.
