Baby boomers are retiring now. Will this increase the need for low-skill, low-pay jobs? Why?

As more baby boomers retire, there are fewer replacement workers to take over. This is causing what has been referred to as a huge knowledge gap. So the need for low-skill and low paying jobs would increase since now in the labor market the need for more workers has increased because the increase in job openings.
