Option: the passing of the Stamp Act

    the Boston Massacre

    the Intolerable Acts

    Explanation:

The taxes were one of the reasons for the American Revolution because colonists forced to pay the taxes, which imposed by the Britishers in the colonies. After the victory of the Britishers in the French and Indian War they were in enormous debt. The British Parliament issued Acts in the colonies to pay the debt which angered the colonists as they believed they were the part of the British empire. The Boston Massacre also created hostility among the Colonists towards Britishers and brought a cry for patriotism.
