    All three developed progressively more accurate models of our solar system by stating, the sun was at the center of the universe, not the earth and the earth revolves on its axis around the sun.

    Copernicus, Kepler, and Newton were the part of the Scientific Revolution, considered to be some of the greatest minds in their time. Their ideas pushed the Church believes and led in the excommunicated or even imprisoned.
