The 5th president of the United States of America was James Monroe.
James Monroe was the fifth President of the United States and was in office from 1817 to 1825 and was the last president from the Founding Fathers as well.
He was on April 28, 1758, in Westmoreland County, Virginia, ha had fought for George Washington and he had studied the law with Thomas Jefferson.
