    One key figure in the development of medicine is Ali ibn Mousa al-Ridha (765-818) who was the eighth Imam of Shia. He developed and wrote the treatise "Al-Risalah al-Dhahabiah" or "The Golden Treatise" which deal with medical cures and preservation of good health. In the history of medicine, Islamic medicine refers to the science of medicine which developed during the Islamic Golden Age and written in Arabic. The Arabs were able to use their cultural and natural resources and trade links to contribute to the strong development of medicine and pharmacy.

    'Abd al-Rahman al-Sufi

    Explanation:

    'Abd al-Rahman al-Sufi was a Persian astronomer who lived during the 10th century. In the West, he was also known as Azophi and Azophi Arabus. Al-Sufi was one of the most important scientists of the time. He published his work Book of Fixed Stars in 964. Al-Sufi identified the Large Magellanic Cloud. He also made the earliest observation of the Andromeda Galaxy.
