    Tocqueville want to mean by saying American institutions are democratic both in their principle and their developments that Americans follow equality in every sphere of political system and democracy remains both in justice system and education system.

    Explanation:

    Tocqueville believed in equality which spreads through the democracy of America. According to the law of democracy every sphere of political system will get equal right and reach to the opportunities. In any democratic system power government lies in hand of every officials of the government means by the consent of every responsible sector government will take decision.
