How did Spanish Conquistadors contribute to the fall of the Native

American Empires?

The Spanish conquered a lot of them. For example Hernan Cortez conquered the Aztec empire, which led to the fall of said empire. Once enough of the empires fell, it wasn't long before all would be gone.
