If Serbia had used the term "murder" rather than "ethnic cleansing" to describe its actions against Muslims, it is likely that they would have?

    If Serbians had used the term "murder", it is likely that their civilian population, and some of their military population would not have supported it and that because of this the action would not have happened in the same way.

    Instead, I think that they could have had objections to the action, and for example they could have felt too guilty to proceed.
