    The U. S. and England had both gone back home. England was re-building and the US was going back to a isolationist policy so it is not A

    The German people had no problem with the Jews and gypsies until Hitler wrote and published Mein Kampf. Even then the average German often had no issue with them so I don't believe it is B

    The Treaty of Versailles imposed huge penalties on Germany. One was repayment of the cost of rebuilding the damage they caused. They didn't have the money for this so C is true.

    D, E, and F are true. Germany was in ruins. There was unemployment, poverty, and the infrastructure of the country in general had collapsed. The current government seemed to have no solutions and the Germans grew more and more depressed and the national identity was becoming lost. The outside world was also blaming the Germans for the war so they felt they had no support from without or within. When the Nazis, specifically Hitler, came along and said he could bring Germany back to its glory, the county was hungry for a new start.
