Why did electricity become more available at the end of the Great Depression?

    When FDR was in power the first thing he did was create the New Deal. after a few years he created the Second New Deal. in the Second New Deal. all urban and unurbaned areas would have access to power. starting from the most populated cities in each state and working its way to the country side of each state to bring them electricity. This is one of the many thing FDR did.
