Well first pal u have to make 7/2 to a mixed fraction before improper so FOR now lets make this a mixed fraction.
set up the long division
divide 7 and 2 which is 3 with a remainder of 1
since that's true make it a mixed fraction
FOR NOW its 3 1/2
Now that's its a mixed fraction lets make it into a improper one
3 * 2 + 1/2
Now that was easy so simplify it.
Now the answer would be 7/2.
So basically this is already an improper fraction, 7/2 is 3 1/2 expressed as a improper fraction.
