Assuming the convict has been traveling for eleven hours (not "elen" hours), he has gone 66 miles when the guard sets off to catch him. After one hour, the convict has traveled 72 miles, and the guard has traveled 72 hours also. assuming that the guard is travelling in the right direction, the convict is caught 72 miles from the prison.
