Researchers measured the speed and distance traveled by the Mini-Emperors down a 600-foot hill. They found that the penguins traveled at a constant rate of speed. After 3 seconds, the penguins traveled 60 feet and after 6 seconds, they traveled 120 feet.

    This question as I know is activity sheet named That's some slippery slope which has five questions under the above data i will be answering the four as I cant draw a graph here first analyzing the given data we can calculate speed of their movement as speed=distance/time so speed = 60feet/3sec speed=20 feet/sec so for part (a) the rate of change of function is 20 feet per sec (b) Missing cells are 0 feet at 0 sec and 180 feet in 9 sec and 240 feet in 12 sec (c) formula as stated above is speed=distance/time (d) graph will be a linear line (e) after 45 sec penguins should have traveled 900 feet but hill is only 600 feet long so they probably only go to 600 feet
