Bill owns a grocery store chain with 2,000 total employees. Nine hundred of his employees are managers. What can we assume about the total productivity of Bill's chain?

    Based on the fact that 45% of the employee's of the grocery stores are managers, we can only assume the productivity is probably very poor. Typically there would be a significant number of employees for each manager as opposed to almost a one to one ratio in Bill's store.
