Clara has a garden that is 7 feet wide and 4 feet long she has 30 tomato plants to put in the garden each plant needs one square foot of space how many leftover plants will clara have

    A = L * W

    A = 7 * 4

    A = 28 sq ft ... this is the area of her garden

    and if each plant uses 1 sq ft, then there will be (30 - 28) = 2 plants leftover
