Think of possible factors of 26. 2 and 13 are a prime example.
Factors of 26y^2 would then be 2y and 13 y.
Note that 13y - 2y = 11y.
Try these factors: (x - 2y) (x + 13y)
Check them by multiplication. You must obtain x^2 + 11xy - 26y^2.
